A milling-process model with a variable time delay associated with each cutting tooth is presented in this article. The source
of this variable time delay is the feed rate. The effect of the feed motion on the entry cutting angle, the exit cutting angle,
and the amplitude of feed mark is also discussed. Loss-of-contact effects are also considered. The system dynamics is described
by a set of delay differential equations with periodic coefficients and variable time delays. A semi-discretization scheme
is presented for analyzing the stability of periodic orbits of this system. The analysis provides evidence of period-doubling
bifurcations and secondary Hopf bifurcations. Good agreement is found between the numerical results obtained from this work

灰色系统理论是近几年以随机过程为研究对象而形成和发展起来的,在农业和自动控制等方面的研究与应用发展较快.为了使这种理论应用于摩擦学研究领域,从光全反射测量和计算机数值计算两方面,考察了粗糙表面接触时真实接触面积的随机特性,指出摩擦过程中的真实接触面积是一种含有随机成分的变化量,研究目标应当侧重于真实接触面积的变化趋势和范围,而不是它的精确解.在此基础上,首次利用灰色系统理论,分别对静态和动态接触条件下真实接触面积的变化规律进行了灰色分析,建立了精度比较高的预测真实接触面积的灰色模型CM(1,1).这种模型对动、静接触面积的计算值与实测值具有良好的一致性,可以用于动态跟踪描述摩擦过程中真实接触面积的变化规律 相似文献

三峡库区地质灾害频繁发生,地质历史上大型滑坡广泛发育。近年库区滑坡灾害有逐年增加趋势。这些滑坡形成的堆积体成因复杂,不能单纯从传统的外动力或内动力作用来解释,给库区灾害的防治工程带来了很大困难。三峡库区大型古滑坡主要沿长江干流和支流的深切河谷两岸分布,与河流发育演化史密切相关。15万年以来,长江三峡地区经历了新构造期以来抬升速率最快的一次构造幕,山原期夷平面上升了100m,河流强烈下切,形成高陡岸坡,卸荷效应显著;同时,该时期三峡地区的气候受到青藏高原环境变化的影响,在间冰期可能存在相似的暖湿古气候环境,降水极为丰富。三峡库区的大型古滑坡在新构造快速抬升时期广泛发育,并且与暖湿多雨期相对应,表明库区滑坡的发育演化是新构造运动和气候变化内外动力耦合作用的结果。 相似文献

“朝天扬帆”是位于重庆朝天间广场的钢结构雕塑工程,该工程建筑型体复杂、结构布局不规则,通过该雕塑工程缩尺模型的几洞试验,确定其风载计算的体型系数;用时程法计算结构的风振响应,且在模拟作用于结构上的脉动风时程曲线时考虑结构的高度相关性,应用ALGOR93软件对结构进行风振时程分析,并自编程序加以前、后处理。通过对比该结构在脉动风和平均风作用下的杆件内力、节点位移响应,约定结构风振系数,为该雕塑工程抗风设计参数的确定提供理论依据。 相似文献

Experiments were conducted to investigate the DDT process of the oxyhydrogen gas in the rectangular detonation tube of 3 m
long. The repeated obstacle was installed near the ignition plug and the effects of the obstacle on the DDT process were investigated.
The behaviour of the combustion and detonation wave were visualized utilizing Imacon high-speed camera with the aid of Schlieren
optics.
As a result, DDT process was visualized, i.e. (i) multiple shock waves were induced by the expanding combustion wave, because
the combustion flame played a role as a piston and compressed the unburned gases. (ii) The acceleration of the combustion
wave was occurred and the distance between the shock wave and the combustion flame became shorter. (iii) Eventually, the local
explosion was occurred and cause overdriven detonation wave to propagate at the velocity of about 3 kms−1.

ZnS thin films were deposited on glass substrates by a chemical bath deposition method using a substrate activation process in which aluminum ions become “contaminants” that act as a nucleation center for active components within the deposition solution. The structure and morphology results demonstrate that the films have a ZnS sphalerite crystal structure with a particle size less than 15 nm, and the films consist of small homogeneous grains. The effects of the substrate activation process on the band gap energies and donor-acceptor pair luminescence process were also investigated. A green emission centered at 502 nm was produced due to donor-acceptor transitions from the aluminum acceptor to the ionized and substitution aluminum centers (Al3+). 相似文献

We have synthesized an efficient Cu2ZnSn(SxSe1−x)4 (CZTSSe) absorbers by using single-step rapid thermal sulfo-selenization process of sputtered stack metallic precursor (Zn/Sn/Cu) films. The structural and morphological studies confirm that the suitability of the rapid thermal sulfo-selenization process for the synthesis of a CZTSSe absorber without any secondary phases with large grains. The annealing atmosphere with a mixed-chalcogen source enhances the grain growth of the CZTSSe absorber as compared with pure Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) and Cu2ZnSnSe4 (CZTSe) absorbers. The CZTSSe thin film solar cell shows the best conversion efficiency of ∼7%. 相似文献

A Cu-TiC alloy, with nanoscale TiC particles highly dispersed in the submicron-grained Cu matrix, was manufactured by a self-developed two-step ball-milling process on Cu, Ti and C powders. The thermostability of the composite was evaluated by high-temperature isothermal annealing treatments, with temperatures ranging from 727 to 1273 K. The semicoherent nanoscale TiC particles with Cu matrix, mainly located along the grain boundaries, were found to exhibit the promising trait of blocking grain boundary migrations, which leads to a super-stabilized microstructures up to approximately the melting point of copper (1223 K). Furthermore, the Cu-TiC alloys after annealing at 1323 K showed a slight decrease in Vickers hardness as well as the duplex microstructure due to selective grain growth, which were discussed in terms of hardness contributions from various mechanisms. 相似文献
